If you receive an incorrect, defective, or otherwise deficient item (whether digital or physical), you have 30 days to email Novel Creations, LLC for a replacement (presian@presianburroughs.com).

Please email a picture of your faulty item (if possible) when you request a replacement. If you fail to email presian@presianburroughs.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, we cannot guarantee a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement of a physical product, the pictures of the item must show its deficiency. Unless otherwise indicated via email, you will not need to return the defective item. Instead, Novel Creations, LLC will send a replacement free of charge.
